Refund Policy

At Chicago Performance Marketing, all services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts.
 

Due to the time, resources, and strategic work involved in local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization, all payments are non-refundable once services for the billing period have begun.
 

Performance Commitment
 

We are committed to delivering measurable improvements in your online visibility. If agreed-upon performance benchmarks are not achieved within a reasonable timeframe, we will continue working at no additional cost until those benchmarks are met.
 

This commitment is contingent upon:
 

• Timely communication and responsiveness from the client

• Implementation of recommended changes when required

• Fair market conditions and competitive landscape factors

• No interference from third-party providers or conflicting strategies
   

Cancellations
 

Clients may cancel services at any time. Cancellation will stop all future billing, but does not entitle the client to a refund for the current or past billing periods.
 

Market Exclusivity
 

Chicago Performance Marketing works with only one business per industry per service area.

Upon cancellation, exclusivity is immediately released, and we reserve the right to work with other businesses in the same market.
